Urgent (24 hrs)
HVAC not functioning, plumbing leaks, broken locks or security. We respond within 24 hours.
Routine (48 hrs)
Minor repairs, light fixtures, cosmetic issues. We respond and schedule within 24–48 hours.
Log In to the Tenant Portal
Go to blubingroup.com/tenant-portal and sign in with your credentials.
Select “Request Repair”
Click the Request Repair card on your dashboard to open the maintenance request form.
Describe the Issue
Select the issue type, set the priority level, specify the exact location within the building, and describe the problem in detail.
Indicate Access Availability
Let us know the best times for our maintenance team to access the space. This helps us schedule the work efficiently.
Submit & Await Confirmation
Submit the request and our team will contact you within the response window to confirm the scheduling.
