Submit your monthly rent payment securely and on time through the BluBin Tenant Portal. Multiple payment methods available.
Access Tenant Portal to Pay →Payment Due Date: All rent payments are due on the 1st of each month. A grace period may apply — check your lease agreement. Late fees may be assessed after the grace period ends.
Log In to the Tenant Portal
Visit blubingroup.com/tenant-portal and sign in using your assigned username and password. Contact us if you’ve forgotten your credentials.
Click “Pay Rent”
From your portal dashboard, click the Pay Rent card to open the payment section.
Select Payment Method & Period
Choose your preferred payment method (ACH Bank Transfer, Check, or Money Order) and select the month you are paying for.
Submit Your Request
Click “Submit Payment Request.” The BluBin team will process your payment and send a confirmation email to your registered address.
Receive Your Receipt
Once processed, a receipt will be issued. You can also view your full payment history in the Tenant Portal under the Pay Rent section.
ACH / Bank Transfer
Direct bank-to-bank transfer. Fast, secure, and recommended for recurring payments. Submit through the Tenant Portal.
Check
Make checks payable to BluBin Property Management. Deliver to our office at 2100 1st Ave South, Suite 100, Minneapolis, MN 55404.
Money Order
Accepted at our office during business hours. Please include your property address and tenant name on the memo line.
